Freia Ramsey has studied many forms of yoga since 1997.
Her yoga teacher training is in Classic Hatha Yoga from the Krishnamacharya lineage. Freia is a Certified Prenatal Instructor through The Yoga Alliance and teaches prenatal yoga classes at Hillcrest Hospital. She has an eight year old daughter, and yoga has been an integral part of her conception, pregnancy, birth and journey as a Mother. Freia’s yoga classes are dynamic and breath centered: warming the body, expanding the breath, focusing the mind and bringing the practitioner to the present moment.
My yoga teaching comes from a sincere desire to help people to alleviate suffering in their bodies and their minds. Yoga has helped me to overcome anxiety and depression, to realign my spine, to feel strong and resilient in my body and to feel a sense of deep inner peace. I want to share this life changing practice with others who are ready to be their best selves.

Lizbeth Wolfe is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist, and Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RYT500, ERYT200, CYT, RPYT).
It was through a dance teacher as a teen that she had her first glimpse into the practice of yoga. The joyful integration of consciousness through movement, mindfulness, stillness, sound, and meditation resonated with her. She reconnected with Yoga during pregnancy and embarked on her lifelong journey of practice and study.
She began training in 2001 through TRY4Life Institute, receiving 200 level teaching certification in 2003, and 500 level certification in 2010. Over the years, she’s been blessed in deepening and continuing her studies of Yoga and meditation with many wonderful teachers. She is grateful for the teaching she receives from her students whose dedication, insight, humor, and curiosity are what inspire her most.
Her teaching practice is rooted in Hatha Yoga to which she brings the influence of different traditions including Kriya, Kripalu, Iyengar, and Anusara styles of practice. She has specialized certification for Prenatal Yoga, Yoga Therapy, and is trained in Trauma Sensitive Yoga Practice, and Hasa (laughter) Yoga. She is an Usui and Karuna Reiki Master, and Traditional Thai Yoga Massage practitioner. Her practice extends off the mat with her family and as a visual and community artist, teacher and writer.
