Bar
has been a student of movement & spirituality her
whole life. She was a professional dancer, choreographer
and has been teaching for over 25 yrs. She has studied
with many great teachers, but her most profound teacher
has been her life. When crippled with a degenerative spinal
disease and no cures except a surgery that would not last
or a wheelchair, she turned inward to her years of yoga
training. That process in conjunction with her physicians,
used Yoga, Reiki, & Intuition, to heal without drugs
or surgery. Judi carries that life changing empowering
philosophy in her teachings. And, includes her skill as
an Angel Therapy Practitioner ® Judi is compassionate,
spiritual, fluid and credible. Her yoga helps you to live
mindfully and to blend what we learn on the mat into our
lives. Judi’s teaching is based on Hatha and Integral
yoga. Her emphasis is chronic, acute and critical illness
and pain. Judi assists Jan Hauenstein with Yoga Teacher

Freia
Ramsey has studied many forms of yoga since 1997.
Her yoga teacher training is in Classic Hatha Yoga from
the Krishnamacharya lineage. Freia is a Certified Prenatal
Instructor through The Yoga Alliance and teaches prenatal
yoga classes at Hillcrest Hospital. She has an eight year
old daughter, and yoga has been an integral part of her
conception, pregnancy, birth and journey as a Mother.
Freia’s yoga classes are dynamic and breath centered:
warming the body, expanding the breath, focusing the mind
and bringing the practitioner to the present moment.
My yoga teaching comes from a sincere desire to help people
to alleviate suffering in their bodies and their minds.
Yoga has helped me to overcome anxiety and depression,
to realign my spine, to feel strong and resilient in my
body and to feel a sense of deep inner peace. I want to
share this life changing practice with others who are
ready to be their best selves.

Krysti
Lyn is a Poetess/Writer, Yoga Instructor and Usui Reiki
Master, who endured a spiritual experience
and life change, which led her to write poetry and meditate
along with develop a deep interest in holistic practices
for health and peace. She began the practice of yoga
twelve years ago and found it offered enormous healing,
awakening and health benefits, which she desired and
needed. And as divine providence would have it, she
became a yoga instructor, a dream. She is grateful for
this mystical practice, which brings forth great paths
with all. Her Yoga YTT 200 & 500 and Reiki certifications
were completed at T.R.Y.4Life Yoga School. And she received

health and deeply inspires, so she continues to practice
and share with all. As a teacher, she blends her education
at T.R.Y.4Life with teachings from national and local
teachers along with her personal style. Her teaching
is a spiritual mixture of Hatha, Yin, Restorative and
deep stretching with a meditative movement and flow.
And she offers an anatomical focus, while utilizing
breath practices, poses, meditation and relaxation along
with poetry, so all unwind, align, renew, strengthen
and relax. When teaching and living, she lets Spirit
and yoga guide. She said, “Yoga brings enlightenment,
wellness and wholeness.” She is grateful for her blessed
spiritual teachers, loved ones, students, yoga teachers,
the animal kingdom and Spirit along the way, who all
shed love, light and inspiration! May we honor the divine
