Yoga
For thousands of years, Hatha Yoga
has been a scientific way to bring the body, mind, and spirit into harmony.
In this yoga class, you will learn techniques to improve flexibility
and strength in body and mind, to relax and reduce stress, and to minimize
emotions and thoughts. Through guided breath, stretch, movement,
meditation, and deep relaxation, you can experience increased energy
in a relaxed body and quiet mind. This unique class is designed
to meet the needs of beginning, intermediate, and advanced yoga practitioners.
Please bring exercise mat, blanket, and pillow for comfort, and wear
loose, comfortable clothing. No prior yoga experience necessary.
All levels welcome.
